I love meeting and speaking with new families prior to each shoot so that we can get a feel for each other and discuss photography expectations. As you get comfortable in front of the lens, I enjoy seeing everyone having fun, smiling and laughing during our photo sessions; that way I am able to create and capture happiness for that moment in time to look back over for generations to come.
About Jameelah... I am that fun friend, crazy cousin and the spontaneous coworker that will find a precious moment within any event to capture on camera. I believe life is ours to live and if we are so lucky, we can make beautiful memories to capture for an eternity to share with our family and friends.
I am a Houston based photographer who has always had a passion for photography. I specialize in Couples Photography, Family Portraits and "Capturing Memories" such as Graduation and Engagement Portrait sessions.
I started off in front of the lenses modeling; however, my passion for photography ran deeper than simply having my picture taken. I know how important it is to catch the right angle, how amazing it is to celebrate a special moment in time, and be able to look back on that day years later. The satisfaction I gain from providing beautiful pictures to others is why I can't imagine doing anything other than capturing beautiful memories.
